Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund and cancellation policies vary depending on the type of booking:

🔹 For TripDrive24 Owned Vehicles

  • Free cancellation may be available before trip start time
  • Partial refund may apply for late cancellations
  • No refund for no-show or after trip start

🔹 Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit is collected
  • Refunded within 3–7 working days after inspection
  • Subject to no damages or fines

🔹 Common Conditions

  • Platform/service fees may be non-refundable
  • Deductions may apply for damages
  • Deductions for traffic violations
  • Deductions for late return
